I got a website on a server in romania and that website must move to a server in holland.

Everything goes well only our linux server doesnt know some characters of russian and romanian.

How can i install a support that thos to languages will work a the servers in holland ?

I'm not sure what would be different. Do you own the server in Holland?

Try looking at the supported languages installed in both servers.
