    I feel cheated and used

I will tell you two annoying things that happened to me in last few days: 1. Big domain registrar doubled the price for certain TLD's without an explanation (I have about 30 of them) 2. Big software/apps seller blocked my account completely (with software worth of few hundred euros) and refused...

Backup DirectAdmin to cloud storage (S3, OneDrive, Azure, etc.) using SFTP

What?? Do you know any other authority (except the state), that has such amount information about you? You are giving up your privacy for free or even pay them to take it, still calling Google not the worst. That's unbelievable. Why talk about encryption, when you can't even protect your...

Backup DirectAdmin to cloud storage (S3, OneDrive, Azure, etc.) using SFTP

You should thank DA for protecting you :) G is alone in all departments. Security cameras, toll roads and new cars doesn't necessarily share data with G. They might be more intelligent than humans in this regard.

Backup DirectAdmin to cloud storage (S3, OneDrive, Azure, etc.) using SFTP

Wow. Same with me 😁 ;) I offer a service, because I can, but if I wouldn't offer it, it wouldn't change anything for me. It's a nice hobby, I'd say, with a wide array of application.

Backup DirectAdmin to cloud storage (S3, OneDrive, Azure, etc.) using SFTP

Right. But if you are running serious e-commerce project, it won't have much related to DA's user level and you can make FTP backups from admin level with Cron jobs. Google cares about you. It gives you so much for free. In return of just tiny bit of privacy.

Backup DirectAdmin to cloud storage (S3, OneDrive, Azure, etc.) using SFTP

DA can connect to storage server via FTP/FTPS and transfer backups - or you are looking for something else?

DirectAdmin wont inform about linux updates

Thanks. You won't get me second time - about Maslow's pyramid I learned in 1998 :) I'm there, right on top. Aren't you?

DirectAdmin wont inform about linux updates

Well, this year I didn't drink alcohol as well. Kinda experiment. I don't think anything has changed. Added amount of anger perhaps :)

DirectAdmin wont inform about linux updates

Schnitzels are really good in Vienna (guess they originated there) (y) And you, as person representing Tennessee , took picture with a wrong drink ;)😁 Now I feel like a cPanel user, because I didn't know what Kübler-Ross model is (I mean the name). These stages are applied to terminally ill...

DirectAdmin wont inform about linux updates

Reading cPanel users complaints feels like they (users) are spoiled a bit, quite a few of them here don't even have understanding how certain Linux services work. I am almost sure, it is very tiny percentage of those, yet they are the most prominent ones. If you are comparing whole word to...

That could be between Invision and Google, just guessing. You might need to enable this - https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255?hl=en-GB

Understanding how the PHP Selector Works

I would welcome such functionality either.

Understanding how the PHP Selector Works

It's only when a user has multiple domains and wants to set separate PHP versions for each. It's not for fixing a bug of PHP selector if you are experiencing one.

Understanding how the PHP Selector Works

Put the following to .htaccess (this will set php to 7.3): <FilesMatch "\.(php4|php5|php3|php2|php|phtml)$"> SetHandler application/x-lsphp73 </FilesMatch> Works with CloudLinux mod_lsapi.

    Add G suite MX

It's ok to edit these files, but after updating zones in DA, it will be overwritten (not sure about specific line, perhaps it will remain untouched). Better to deal with DNS templates then. But if all these sufferings are in the name of setting Gmail's MX priorities, there's no chance they will...

    One VPS, One IP.

If that specific VPS provider and location fits within your infrastructure, then it's no brainer (I don't use it for DNS). There's no guarantee, that it won't get more expensive in the future and though it's not hard to move DNS server to another place, one may find more relevant solutions...

    Add G suite MX

It works. To be more precise - lower numbers has higher priority or preference. So you can set 10 (in DA) for 1 (Gmail's suggested priority), 50 for 5. Just follow the sequence.
