Thanks. I have read about it. Currently it is working for http, but not for https. How can I change to use Messenger V1? I did not find a setting for that?

No, we are not using DHCP. Also I posted about this in the centos mailing list, if interested please see: https://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos/2020-January/349328.html - I can't believe I would be the only one in the world that experienced this issue.

    Exim 4.93.0.4 compile error

Both @Pzz and @level4 are using files6 mirror. You should try a different mirror, and also it might be best to first delete "exim-4.93.0.4.tar.gz" from the custombuild directory, then change to another mirror, for example change to files1.directadmin.com - then do ./build update and ./build exim

    MySQL/MariaDB with SSL

I don't see how that would apply if you are running MySQL/MariaDB as localhost. If you are confused about the message in phpMyAdmin that says this: "Server connection: SSL is not being used", then please see this bug report: https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/issues/15584

Improve WHMCS Module & LetsEncrypt Automatic renewal

Regarding WHMCS, that DirectAdmin module is encrypted by WHMCS and also developed by WHMCS, so you should contact them regarding this. I never had any problems on our shared hosting servers regarding renewal of Let's Encrypt. I suggest you open a ticket with DirectAdmin support regarding that.

Enquiry on Package Updates on CentOS 8

The information is in the CentOS forum. Please see: https://forums.centos.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=72492 If you are running a "normal" default CentOS 8 installation, you should not install centos-release-stream, also I would not recommend running any production server on centos-release-stream...

    Directadmin + whmcs or blesta?

I am not the correct person to help here. Also I use Enhanced skin, so I am not familiar with your images. However, you should create the package in DirectAdmin as admin user, and you should navigate "Reseller Level" and create the package from that level. That is how I have done it. You could...

    Directadmin + whmcs or blesta?

Make sure the Packages name is spelled exactly the same as in DirectAdmin, and also make sure that the default DirectAdmin server in WHMCS is a server wich have this package in DirectAdmin. Other then that, I think you should post a thread in the WHMCS forum. Edit: Maybe it does not work with...

    Directadmin + whmcs or blesta?

In DirectAdmin you first need to manually create all the packages you are going to offer your clients. Then you add those packages in WHMCS in "Setup - Products/Services". You then create one product for each corresponding package in DirectAdmin, and when editing the product in WHMCS you select...

Enquiry on Package Updates on CentOS 8

Yes, this is normal. The reason is that they are working on CentOS 8.1, and until CentOS 8.1 is released, there will be no new updates to CentOS 8.0. To be more spesific, when RedHat 8.1 was released, and then as soon as CentOS devs started working on CentOS 8.1, at that point there would be no...
