It does make me happy to see a ton of Microsoft's email servers flagged on bl.spamcop.net. I have had a bunch of email rejected because Microsoft wasn't cleaning up their own reputation.

Can't tell based on what you posted. You only posted the fact that they failed and not the lines showing the actual failure. Typically they are due to a missing library (.so file) or a header file (.h file).
