How is disk usage calculated? Does it check every files owned by each users. Does it include _every_ file in their home directory? Take my admin account for example. According to DA the disk usage is 3.0351 MB but if I check with du the home-directory take up as much as over 800MB. Most files...

What is the max size for an email sent to our server (freebsd / exim)? Are we able to change this? Or is there no max size just a time out? EDIT/ This maybe has more to do with pop3d... Its when a customer tries to download a big mail the time out occours.

When we have done a reboot on the server no sites are available. Every domain just shows this apache default site when one as newly installed apache. To solve this I just login into DA and do restart on apache and all works fine again. Any clues regarding this problem?

How can the user change what folder a subdomain or a domain is pointing to? If a user ads the subdomain forum.domain.com, a folder "forum" is created, but what if he want's it to point to the folder "board" instead, how does he do that?

Is the license bound to a specific IP and if it is can that IP be easly changed? We need to set up the server with DA on a temporary IP and move all our customers from our old server and then switch IP on the server with DA and use our old servers IP. Is this gonna cause any problems?
