    Expired license after every reboot

Hi sec-is, your issue is different to mine and really deserves it's own thread. My issue is not solved and we decided to just move back to cPanel as we have had way too many issues with DA.

    Expired license after every reboot

Hello, We have a VPS server with DirectAdmin on it and CloudLinux. Recently we were forced to restore the VPS server entirely from a full VPS backup. Before the restore, we could reboot the server as many times as we would like and DA would be fine. Since the restore, every time we reboot...

Moving domain from one user to another causes "the new home is blank"

No I didnt state that. What you read was the actual response message that came back from when I ran the move_domain.sh script. It was the output of the script. my text showed it was between 2 command line entries ;-) Still works fine as nothing was moved at all. apache yh I think Ill open a...

Moving domain from one user to another causes "the new home is blank"

I never said anything about a white page. Not sure where you read that. Just a misunderstanding. The current domain is not on its own separate user. It is linked directly to the reseller user and I want to move this domain on to it's own user account. So, the instructions tell me to create a...

Moving domain from one user to another causes "the new home is blank"

Thanks Richard but georgesplace.com was actually just a random name I pulled out of the air to protect privacy! :ROFLMAO: The domain is setup on the reseller account as the parent. I want to move it from the reseller user to another user that also belongs to the same reseller. The site is a...

Moving domain from one user to another causes "the new home is blank"

Hi, I have followed the following process to move a domain from one user to another user: https://www.ipserverone.info/knowledge-base/how-to-transfer-a-domain-from-a-user-to-another-user/ and this one...

Initial Server Response on a simple "Hello World" PHP file behaving erratically.

yh yh, running the webpagetester from catchpoint shows a 0.5s TTFB which is much better than 1.1s running the same test on a simple "Hello World" shows a 0.2s which feels a little long for a simple "Hello World"

Initial Server Response on a simple "Hello World" PHP file behaving erratically.

This is very helpful thank you but the problem is that Google will use their own test locations and their own test software to perform the tests to get the baseline. Using this info that Google has captured from their side, they will then determine the page score. Websites with higher page...

Initial Server Response on a simple "Hello World" PHP file behaving erratically.

Thanks for the suggestion but I did try that as stated in the title of this thread and the original post. :-) That's actually how I got my baseline.

Initial Server Response on a simple "Hello World" PHP file behaving erratically.

At this stage we are looking at Prestashop as it seems that there isn't much else we can do to optimize DA. We have made changes to MySql and PHP already. Implemented opcache as well as changed some Apache settings. The TTFB is now between 1.1-1.2s Not great but let's hope changing more...

Initial Server Response on a simple "Hello World" PHP file behaving erratically.

We Lifted all limits to test if it was CloudLinux. Made no difference. We have also been down this road. As far as I know, the client has enabled all the caching options in prestashop and also worked through that forum thread but maybe I should go through it myself to double check. Thanks for...

Initial Server Response on a simple "Hello World" PHP file behaving erratically.

Thank you for this reply :-) However I don't think it is wise to switch off the rulesets entirely. So the question then is which rulesets are safe to disable that will improve the performance? @bdacus01 I finally managed to get the opcache settings changed. The reason was because the client...

Initial Server Response on a simple "Hello World" PHP file behaving erratically.

I still for some strange reason am not able to get the opcache settings implemented. I don't understand it. I have set the opcache.ini in the custombuild/custom/opcache folder and when I build the opcache again it does show that the new settings are being copied over to the cageFS skeleton but...

Initial Server Response on a simple "Hello World" PHP file behaving erratically.

No we haven't opened the port on the CSF firewall. We simply added his dyndns host in the Access hosts. 3306 is closed on CSF I have warned him but he has a desktop client for Prestashop that he uses and prefers over the web backend of prestashop.

Initial Server Response on a simple "Hello World" PHP file behaving erratically.

So I got a call from the client complaining that he can no longer access the database remotely even though his IP and host was added to the access hosts. At first I thought that maybe the firewall was blocking him so I completely disabled the firewall but the problem remained. After some...
