When i try to add a plugin (via upload) i put in my admin password which i use to login to DA and i get the following error:

Unable to execute your request

Details

The password provided is not correct. The password is required due to the high risk factor of plugins

Ive also tried the root password.

Any ideas why this is happening or what i can do to fix it?

Are you sure you are using the ADMIN password? Is the Shift Lock on? It is the ADMIN password not the ROOT password that needs to be used..

Phil

This has happened to others using DA in the past. It has something to do with the type of browser that is being used. I personally have seen this problem a couple of times when using my MAC PowerBook and Safari. I ended up having to use Firefox to install the plugin. Try a different browser and see if that helps.

This solved my problem with plugin install as well. I was using Opera, no luck. Firefox, good to go....
