External IMAP not working

I can not access IMAP email through Thunderbird.

Both webmails (squirrelmail and UebiMiau) work and external POP3 access works. I just can't access IMAP externally.

I am running Dovecot on a fresh install with domain dragonwize.com.

Any ideas as what would cause this?

Make sure you have port 143 for IMAP and/or 993 for IMAPS (if you have it configured) open in your firewall.
