Majordomo problem

I was testing Majordomo on my server. I created a list. And send a mail to '[email protected]'. This works, the subscriber gets a mail he/she is subscribed. Via DA I see the name on the subscribers list.

If I unsubscribe she/he get a message:

The 'majordomo-owner' idn't received a message.

Not enough information on how the unsubscribe was sent.

What is the address the email was sent to?

What is the exact body of the email?

If you post the listname and domain name I can try an email subscribe and an email unsubscribe and tell you what I did and what results I got.

I'm able to duplicate the problem.

I can't tell what it is because I'm not logged into the server.

As I see it you've got some options:

1) Ask DirectAdmin Support

2) Check with the majordomo-users mailing list; someone may be able to help you

3) Get someone to log in to your server as root and fix it for you. We're expensive, though.
