send email log freeze error.

send email log freeze error [still occuring].

After some clients started to complain about email being bounce i checked the mail queue and found a bunch of emails with the following error.

smtp transport process returned non-zero status 0x000b: terminated by signal 11

It doesn't happen all the time and it is only on certian accounts some domains dont have any problems at all.

Does anyone know what the cause would be?

I was wrong... same thing still happens.

tried everything suggested, none working, error still appears.
 
Googling the exact error, and clicking on Feeling Lucky returns a mailing list thread response by Dr Philip Hazel, who writes exim.

yah, i looked at that before, doesn't seem to have a solution.
