I have one customer who resides in Australia and he cannot view any sites on my server including his own.

I sent him a list of about 50 sites and all he got on all of them was a "connection refused".

I'm not getting this report from anybody else and I have customers worldwide and for the life of me I cannot figure out whey he cannot see his site nor access his control panel when everybody else can..

If there is anybody else out there that cannot view this site www.jy-domains.com please let me know..

If there is anybody else here that can advise me on what could be causing this issue, please let me know..

What happens if he trys to go directly to your IP?
What happens if he tries to ping the domain?
Are you blocking his IP?

Hi Steve.. Thanks for the quick response.. No, I'm not blocking his IP number althought he serer does have several other ones blocked.

All my mail to him is getting through as he is forwarding it all through the server...

And I've sent him a an email to try accessing the control panel using the IP number and to ping the domain name.. :)
