Greetings,

A client brought this to my attention today. Emails flagged as spam are set to "Send the spam to the appropriate users's spam folder." within directadmin.

Surely enough, if i blacklist myself and try to send an email to his account, i see it in the "spam" folder in squirrelmail. However, if i go to that same user's account via roundcube, there is absolutely nothing listed in the default "junk" folder.

Is this a common problem? I have not changed any default settings currently.

Thank you.

Hello,

Try:
Code:
cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build update
./build roundcube
If it does not solve the problem, try changing the folder in user preferences (RoundCube).

Good luck!

that seemed to work , unfortunately roundcube's interface was all mangled up in firefox after doing that rebuild. i had to run the roundcube.sh script in /usr/local/directadmin/scripts to restore roundcube so it at least was still functioning.
