Severe Spam Problem Plz help

Hi
I have DA based VPS Custombuild, Spam blocket ClamAV Spamassasin etc.
Since last few days I am faceing a severe spam related problem. A huge number of spam is being sent from my server. When I check the Queue it displays thousands of emails listed and hundreds of emails from single mail addresses and hundreds of emails are with huge number of recipients in one mail.
Due to this my email gets blocked from many mailservers

I need quick suggestions regarding this problem

Please copy/paste at least a few lines from your log file (/var/log/exim/mainlog) related to those messages.

Well the definition of quick is not much different
Infact I cleared my mailqueue at that time due to which I was not able to provide the mainlog lines regarding those mails.

If you want help with something you cannot erase the evidence.

And ... deleting the mailque won't delete the evidence in the logs anyway.

You've probably got a spammer on your server, or you may have a domain existing on your machine listed in /etc/virtual/Whitelist_domains.

But there's no way to tell without evidence.
