Ping the dns problem

hi .
i ping my dns .

Why this time out happend ?
and i users , dont start ftp's and Sites .(httpd IS Runed) .
whether i dont true Config DNS in directadmin or ... ??

in windows vista -> run -> cmd -> and make ping and see that log :

hosting provider ? ISp ?
hosting provider is me .(my self)
isp are other .

I using from other isp , but i see that error .
And i give ping my ip , i see like time out happend .

Perhaps because 209.5442.159.13 is not a valid ip address.

This is a forum supported by volunteers. Most of us do not have a lot of extra time. Please do not waste our time by giving us fake information. It wastes our time and yours.

You probably have a firewall on your computer that blocks pings or your server is blocking you specifically.
 
Ping answers to me, it must be your ISP or a firewall.
Also, I notice that:
- you have the same IP address for ns1 and ns2 (it's useless and against RFC)
- the ns1 A record is missing in the domain zone for iranianhoster.com (domain is working because of glue records, but you are going to have problems unless you fix it)
- the SOA record is missing (!!!)

no , i use only one IP For server .
How Find AND fix it ?
 
To solve the first problem, use any external secondary DNS service. Search this forum and the web about it.

For the second and third, I think that you just set "ns2.iranianhoster.com" as hostname of the server and didn't add any "iranianhoster.com." zone -- add it and configure it correctly.

ns1 and ns2 added .
 
i make a user in directadmin . and make ping from a online ping .
but this user have dns in directadmin .
but this dont ping and load .
