domain didnt delete properly

Hello everyone, i deleted the domain few times and now i cant create it anymore.

this is my story:
i was about to move my domain to a diferent account on directadmin, from userxx to useryy. first i backed everything up on userxx, then i deleted the domain from userxx. after that i created same domain on useryy and tried to restore a backup(manualy copied a backup_file first), but i got only errors. so i deleted the domain from useryy. and now i cant create that domain on any user account. it says "That domain already exists". please help.

you have to delete it from dns administrator, if you have not admin right you have to contact your hosting provider.

i did contact him, but hes not answering since.
first i've created that domain dir under "domains" dir. everything started working fine for few minutes, but after that, the site loads just with "Apache is functioning normally".

isnt there any work-around to get my site back running again?
