View and manage user emails in directadmin

Hi all, I have a problem. One of my clients is having trouble with one of his user emails. He keeps receiving the same email over and over again. It stays in his inbox.

Is there a way with DirectAdmin with my Admin account to view/list emails in a precise account, only the subjects, and then select it to delete it then, can I do that?

If I can't, is there a workaround to achieve that, to delete a precise message from an account?

You or your client can login with Roundcube or Squirrelmail and delete the email.
 
I have DirectAdmin version 1.33.7, I can't see RoundCube anywhere, is this a new webmail application coming with a newer version of DirectAdmin?

I currently have Web Express and Squirrel Mail. I told him to log on hiswebsite/webmail (Web Express) and delete the faulty email.
