Sorry if this has been answered before, but I couldn't think of what to search for.

I have 17 servers. All are named after a particular domain name, with only the hostname different. hostname.domain.com Now, It seems I cannot mail from my DA servers to my other servers.

I had this problem on our cpanel servers, and fixed it by removing the domain from the servers completely. Because cPanel was seeing it in localdomains file. And I'm not using any of our servers for this particular domains dns. I'm using Enom for my dns.

I've removed domain from my DA server, but I'm still having problem.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the domain name doesn't exist in the /etc/virtual/domains file.

if it does, remove it.

There's no need to restart anything.

Thanks Jeff, but :(

The only thing in /etc/virtual/domains file was the server hostname, which I removed, and still same results.

Any other ideas?

did you create an account w/ the hostname or domain name, or both?

And are your mail servers external at all?
