Plugins wont show up their link

Hello there,
recently all of the link for installed plugins (even Installatron) has dissapeared from DA templates. We haven't touch our templates - the links just wont show up there but plugins works just fine if you get there manually by url: /CMD_PLUGINS/installatron/index.raw

Any idea how to fix that?

Did you do anything to PHP? Upgrade? Did you change any permissions?
What do you see in directadmin logs?

Our DA is running:
PHP 5.2.17 (cli) (built: Nov 30 2011 17:44:20) Copyright (c) 1997-2010 The PHP Group Zend Engine v2.2.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2010 Zend Technologies
with the ionCube PHP Loader v4.2.2, Copyright (c) 2002-2012, by ionCube Ltd.


Installatron is running on:
PHP 5.4.4 (cli) (built: Jun 24 2012 22:55:13) Copyright (c) 1997-2012 The PHP Group Zend Engine v2.4.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2012 Zend Technologies

Other plugins use regular /usr/local/bin/php (5.3.5)

Nothing interesting in logs...

My other questions still remain unanswered:
