I've made order and paid via credit card about 48 hours ago but license still not active can anyone help me???

i've alredy sent emails but no answer...

And be sure that their reply is not in spam folder

what's wrong with this ppl i don't care about that 30$ but i need that panel if they could make automated activation when paiment recived or saomething if they can't manage emails ((((
