Problem with server transfer

i bought a new server. i want to transfer my users to new server
when i restore users backup which created in admin backups (or reseller backups) directories will restored but databses will not. i already checked, xxxxx.sql file exists in backup tgz file.

Make sure you run the same MySQL version and the same username and domain.

i followed this strutures and my problem seems to be solved

You need to do admin level backup and you will get everything. That guide is really outdated and is using sysbk not admin level backups.
