Phpmyadmin is not updating

Hi
i have following problem.
i want to update phpmyadmin
i am running this command again and again
but when i check it for version updates i am still seeing this


Latest version of phpMyAdmin: 4.2.2-all-languages
Installed version of phpMyAdmin: 4.0.10-all-languages

phpMyAdmin 4.0.10-all-languages to 4.2.2-all-languages update is available.

How to update it????

To use the latest phpMyAdmin versions you should have at least the latest version of PHP 5.3 and MySQL 5.5. So you need make sure you've got the requirements fulfilled before you'll be able to install and use phpMyAdmin: 4.2.2.
