Add support for backup over SFTP

I realise it it possible to edit ftp_upload.php to make it use some alternative tool that can handle sftp, but that requires strong understanding and quite some time getting it to work.

FTP is considered insecure, so I feel like SFTP (and perhaps SCP) should be an option that is selectable when creating a backup task.

+1 for SCP / SFTP remote backups.

How about FTP over TLS? Most of us will start supporting FTP over TLS simply because Filezilla, used by many of our clients, already defaults to it in their latest version, and because DirectAdmin is easily configurable to allow it (needing only a firewall hole for our servers using pure-ftpd).

Any secured (encrypted) solution is fine by me.
I hope that DA staff will implement this request soon.
