DirectAdmin Login Page -Invalid login

I couldn't enter the main direct admin page. I didn't change login and password, however the following message has appeared
Please verify your Username and Password.

any help would be much appreciated!

If you bought a hosting account from a company you should contact them or read their guides on how to reset your password. And it might be possible that your account is suspended.

Usually apart from getting the password reset even the service providor may not be able to resent the password manually.
