mailscanner, clamav after DA upgrade?

Hello all:

After I upgraded my server to 1.23 it seems that my mailscanner/spamassasin/clamav installed off of the how-to in these forums doesn't work anymore. I have enabled spamassasin on the server as per http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=36 , is this going to be decent protection?

If you're using the DA way of Spamassassin, then you've edited the exim.conf to work with his settings and not those of MailScanner. So if you want to use MailScanner you should disable the settings you enabled in: http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=36 And setup the exim.conf settings in the How-To.
