Exclamation Restore Backup - 'shared' is not a valid IP from the user.conf in the backup file:

    Hi,
I created backup and then when I want to restore it on another server I have error:

    Code:
'shared' is not a valid IP from the user.conf in the backup file: /home/xxx/backups/backup/user.conf

    User's System Quotas set

    User's System Quotas set
An error occurred while writing the ftp files: no ip in the config file
    I looked into the user.conf and there's ip=shared - why? What should I do?

    Hello,

When restoring an user from backups you should select an option to assign existing on the server IP instead of using one in users backups. Did you try it?
