    Email stuck in Queue

    Hello, i have few emails stuck in queue with following error.

    Any idea how to resolve this.

    Have a look at this article.
    It looks like your mail is rejected due to Dmarc policy. If you have SPF records in place, make sure that the mailserver from pphosted.com is included in SPF to be allowed to send mail for support@***.ca or things could fail.

    So I would check your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.

    Also good practice, visit https://www.mail-tester.com/ and send in a test mail, if things go wrong, often it's pointed out there with a solution.
