Hello,
There is a system tool to remove users with a name userdel. You can use it to remove an user, but then you will need to manually clean up Exim/Dovecot/FTP/SQL/Directadmin services and remove all mentions of the removed user and domains. It's not a trivial task if you don't know where the data is stored.
And then rebuild web-server's configs.
