Aaand hello again :)

I have a user account with 2 domains (myname.com and myname.net).
While I can create mail account and forwardes for "myname.com" I cannot do that with "myname.net".

Any advice on how to fix this?
Basically I want to add a forwarder so "[email protected]" forwards to "[email protected]".

Thanks thanks :)

Hello,

How did you add the domains? Did add one as alias/pointer? It's not possible to create separate email accounts for a domain added as an alias or pointer. They share existing emails accounts created for a main domain. Thus if myname.net is an alias/pointer for myname.com, then the mail accounts "[email protected]" and "[email protected]" share disk-space, and emails sent to any of the address will reach the same INBOX folder.

Hey again,
no it is not a pointer. It is a second domain and when I log in as "user" then I can switch between the two domains.
Also when creating a forwarder from "[email protected]" to "[email protected]" it sells me "forwarder already exists" although there is no forwarder at all?

Should I make a few screenshots of how my settings look like?
