It's likely one of the values that affects the directadmin.conf.
I've attempted to duplicate, but was unable to do so.. it work when I modified any of the directadmin.conf settings from the "Admin Backup/Transfer " backup settings.
As I'm running the latest binaries, I'm not sure if it's a simple case of it already being fixed on my end, so if you can, try the pre-release binaries:
