    unable restore disk quota exceed

    Helo .. anyone can help
    i am having issue when try multiple restore files
    some user backup have an error disk quota exceed

    we have adjust packaged in cpanel before backup and make sure quota user is enough to their packaged .

    but still error quota exceed

    You may try disabling quotas for your partition temporarily, until you get your server migrated. I think it'd backup file + restored data taking all the disk space assigned for the customer.

    @smtalk so we must temporary disabled quota in cpanel server / directadmin server or both sir ?

    I'd suggest creating a ticket on this, as technically it shouldn't reach the quota Probably it's "admin" account limited in quota? As backup is owned by admin, including the converted one.
