Unable to get DirectAdmin to sart/run >

Hi all, been a few years since I have installed DA. Here I am again start a new VPS and I tried two times now with the same result. setup.sh finishes but when I goto the server ip:2222 the browser times out with server can't be reached. Below is the setup and the end of the setup.sh screen output ,, please if any one can help ....
