Hello,

We have migrated 4 servers from cpanel today and no one can access roundcube and using outlook for incoming emails.

Error on roundcube logs:

Thanks.

Hi, again

Hope this time I'll be more helpful

when I see [2006] MySQL server has gone away first I do is to change at my.cnf

max_allowed_packet=1024M

Hello,

This is value is so high on my cnf file. I think this is IMAP issue since our users cannot connect from their email programmes also.

Thanks
