Delay to respond from Direct Admin

Hello,
I have several panels from OVH and Hetzner data center since 2016 and panel from Direct admin with lots of user. But from 3 weeks ago Direct admin suspended my panel with a fake reason(they say "you sold licenses to other clients" while it is not true and all the users are my clients) and i have sent several ticket to them since 3 weeks ago but i have not receive any respond from direct admin team.
would you please help me what should I do? or how can I access to direct admin support team?

As I see you bought your licenses throught OVH so, you need to contact them. You can buy licenses directly from client area of DA.
