Sent Email Quota

HI There

I have just started at a company and tried to mail merge 730 emails. 450 bounced due to overuse of the email quota (500 sent emails) which I was unaware of (it was an official document that I was trying to send out)

Also, my staff can no longer send emails although they have hardly used their quotas.

How do I fix this, need this sorted urgently.

Hello,

If you purchased a shared hosting account from a hosting company you need to contact them.

In DirectAdmin only admins and resellers can change users daily limit on sent emails.
