I have error with letsencrypt ssl

HTML: 
/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/letsencrypt.sh request domain.nl 4096
/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/domain.nl:user not found, exiting...
root@cpchost /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild #

debian 9.0
newest DirectAdmin
 
Hello,

And does the user exist on a server? And does the user really own the domain?

is that domain.nl your own domain ?
to install lets you must pointing your domain to directadmin hosted and to do this make sure you have own this domain :confused:
