Hello there,

The license that I purchased says that 10 domains can be hosted. However, I can only add 1 domain. What is the problem?

Is it possible to get a refund?
 
I guess you're trying to add more accounts, not domains? :)

No, I tried to add a new domain in user mode. I tried all the methods. However, my license does not allow this operation.

I bought the license yesterday. Is it possible to get a refund? If possible, how do I initiate a refund?
 
You’d need to create a ticket on tickets.directadmin.com for this. It shoud allow creating 10 domains though, and if you think it has a bug - you’re also eligable for support.
