After Updating to 1.24.4 Server Big crash

I updated Direct Admin to version 1.24.4 and the system is down

The server doesn't boot anymore get lots of errors Segmentation faults

eroors:

Segmentation: LC_ALL=C grep -q /initrd /proc/mounts

/proc must be mounted

And several faults like /etc/rc.d/rc.sysint Line 70 and line 90

What can be the problem here? Now the server and 150 sites are down

Wrong Direct Admin update? Did it through the Direct Admin panel

No problems here running debian.

Which OS ?

Just updated an empty FC3 server to 1.24.4 no problems so far, yes what OS are you running?

The messages inetworx posted look like errors caused either by disk or memory failure.

I don't like to use the word impossible but it's fairly close to impossible for DA to cause a boot problem.
