I have got a problem.
I have bought a webhostingdeal and all was going fine until a tried something with changing the domain. I am kinda new at this so I didn't know I shouldn't have done that. All of a sudden I get this 403 error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache/1.3.34 Server at melvinjose.webruimtehosting.be Port 80

So what I did is I changed it back to melvinjose.webruimtehosting.be on directadmin but this error still keeps comming back.
Now I really don't know how I can change it back to how it was when I got it.
The forward to ./domains/melvinjose.webruimtehosting.be/public_html is still there and there is a index.html present in that directory.

Can anyone please help me with this problem?

Based on your post it appears that you don't own or manage your own server, but rather that you're a client of a hosting company.

You'll need to contact your hosting company.

I've moved the threda to the User-Level Difficulties forum.
