DirectAdmin staff is working this wekeend though they're not always working around the clock on weekends. This forum is not an official support venue.
What kind of response would you like to see here? A response from DirectAdmin staff?
What I suggested is that you try another method of reaching them to let them know there's a problem. Why? Just in case there is a problem with email.
You say that PayPal's email should have reached them, but I can tell you from experience that there are times when PayPal's emails don't reach me, and we do have them whitelisted in our servers.
If you don't want to reach them, then don't try.
