Addon like HTTP Headers for wordpress?

I am looking to allow users to easily add HSTS, Referrer-policy, x-frame, x-content and so on.
I saw some hosting companies do have an easy checkbox in domain setup for HSTS. Does anyone here know how I can install/activate it on my server?

I saw https://wordpress.org/plugins/http-headers/ . With that plugin for wordpress users can easily secure the domain. Problem is that it's for wordpress. Does anyone know if there is an easy addon for directadmin that works with all(html sites, joomla, wordpress and so on)?

This need to have a special DA plugin if you want to allow a normal user to add this header easily or maybe a feature request. In manual way, user should be able to change their own .htaccess file to add these headers.
