Admin Backup/Transfer; restoring system backup to a new DA server

Hi

I am trying my very best to follow the rather ad-hoc help guide on this but it basically says to use the Admin Backup/Transfer which I am doing to no avail.

I've done the backup, can see the files in /backup/month-day-year (on the new server and on the old server) then when I successfully connect remotely on the new server no Files are displayed in the "Files" section of the backup. I scp'ed over the data manually to /backup/08-03-16 and tried entering that into the Local field text box, still no files to be copied are visible!

Please help!

So just to update you I can't FTPS into the server from FileZilla, it gives this message:

Status:	Connecting to ip:port...
Status:	Connection established, initializing TLS...
Error:	GnuTLS error -9: A TLS packet with unexpected length was received.
Error:	Could not connect to server

I've tried proftpd and am now back on pureftpd neither are working.

Forgetting the FTPS option, I have manually scp'ed the backup files see below but nothing appears in the Files pane in Admin Backup/Transfer.

apache  bind  custom  mysql

I fixed the issue with user backups, I'm happy.

Just out of curiousity, what was the problem, how did you fix it?
