After enable redis doesn't work

I have an issue with redis on my directadmin. In custum build I enabled redis and extension redis in php. In path /usr/local/directadmin/data/user/name_user/user.conf I added position redis=ON. When I open setting of this account in GUI I see below screen.

I did from this tutorial. I think so an issue is license? Whta do you think?

What happens when I install redis directly from centos? will it work? after installing redis i need to install php-redis extension? I need use Redis to cache in wordpress

You will make sure a correct systemd file is used. If the one from directadmin is used then you might have issues with starting redis server and its instances.
