After updating to Centos 6.8 i cant send emails to hotmail (URGENT)

This just happened after this update, its not my ip because alle server that are updated has this problem:
Already rebuild exim and dovecot

For your consideration, its only hotmail that has this problem, i can send fine to other domains

EDIT: it seems that hotmail has problem by it self, can someone confirm this ?
I made a test by sending email from gmail to outlook.com and live.nl and both arent receiving , so it seems that it nothing has to do with the update, someone confirm please

I've had a small list of similar error messages in the Mail Queue yesterday.
They seem to be gone now.

Hello,

I've seen recently the same errors on a server with CentOS 6.7, that is not OS version specific issue. When checking manually with telnet all connections succeeded.
