allow users manage their MX records

Is there any idea how to enable for users manage their MX records? Just MX records, no other records (A, CNAME...)

Right now users can only manage their MX records if DNS management is turned on for them at the admin level and then again at the reseller level.

However, there is a separate link.

If turn on DNS management, users can edit other records too, and I want to allow them to manage MX record only. I guess I will need to edit skin?

The link is on the main user login screen; it's called MX Records.

(I'm using the enhanced skin; I don't know what it looks like with other skins.)

i want give my resellers allow too. but i can't see "DNS management" for turn on, only about dns is "DNS Control" and with this can i not manage domains.
Where is this dns managment please

Each reseller has to be set to allow or disallow DNS control separately.
