Anyone tried FreeBSD 6.2 with DA?

Beta on a Beta?

Are u sure you wanna try it?:rolleyes:

I don't like beta versions myself...

What I have heard...

It work fine! (FreeBSD6.2 + DA for 6.0/6.1)

PS. I never try it myself

my experiences with 6.2-RELEASE were HORRIBLE memory management was at an all time low php would spawn process which would increase the load on www php and mysql loads would get up over 40 then the box would reboot. So then we tried load balancing with our firewall PF and the freebsd box and trying different combinations of http&php requests go to the obsd box and mysql on the fbsd box etc. and Freebsd 6.2 was horrible

NOTE this wasnt with DA just your typical webserver installation via ports the exact same installation i'd done many times.

I guess DA team should realease official FreeBSD 6.1 compatible version of DA first and then we can start thinking of 6.2 support.

it should run fine, 6.0 -> 6.1 -> 6.2 is not a large technology change.. it's not like 5.x -> 6.x

I have make my first freebsd 6.2 with directadmin install.
Until now all things is fine.
