Apache error problem

My apache is down and I've found this error on apache error logs. Asking google didn't tell me anything about this. Anybody have similar error or any idea ?

You might want to disable SELinux and see whether this happen

[root@light ~]# sestatus
SELinux status: disabled


I think SElinux is disable.
