Apache get high load after Server Down!

After using CustomBuild update Apache 2.2.19. i get high load after Server Down! Pls help !

I don't see anything in this error log that would cause high loads. Are you seeing one or two httpd processes with a high CPU usage? If so, it could be that they are trying to run a php or a perl script that is actually causing the load. You may need to look closer to your access logs or investigate those processes with a high load.
