Are you a buyer of a hosting service from a company which is offering shared hosting accounts with Directadmin control panel? If so you need to open a ticket with them. We can't help you in this case as all our solutions might require that you have super user access on a server.
Or you are a server owner with root access to it? If so then please tell what happened on 10-04-2017? What software did you upgrade? What settings did you change?
