backup restoring problem

Unable to extract backup/user.conf from /home/admin/admin_backups/user.admin.chargeri.tar.gz
Error while extracting backup/user.conf to /home/admin/admin_backups/chargeri as admin : /bin/tar: backup/user.conf: Not found in archive
/bin/tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors


Cannot read /home/admin/admin_backups/chargeri/backup/user.conf : Unable to open /home/admin/admin_backups/chargeri/backup/user.conf for reading.
No such file or directory

This is the error I get and I've tested chmod and chown for that files , the chmod is 755 and the chown is admin:admin
any suggestion what to do?

Hello,

Check manually whether or not the backup has backup/user.conf. If it's missing the file, then the backup is most likely corrupted.

Another reason might be that you have no enough free disk space.
