Turn SpamBlocker back on.
Or manually deterimine all the IP#s of domains sending you email, and block them yourself, either through similar code in exim.conf to the code I wrote in SpamBlocker.
I wrote SpamBlocker because you either get the spam or you use Spamblocker or manually added blocklists.
The SpamBlocker exim.conf file also includes some tests which will block some spam and viruses even if you don't add any domains to the _use_rbl_domains file, but it's the blocklists that keep out most of the spam.
The new breed of spam gets through SpamAssassin about 50% of the time in our tests.
